Work-Level: Assistant Manager

:

- Complete management of Store operations.
- Drive team towards successful achievement of assigned Targets on Business parameters including YOY growth - Maintain Like for like (LFL) / Same store growth ahead of the prevailing market trends.
- Managing Team by driving / aligning personal aspirations with laid down company objectives and targets.
- Team briefing/grooming/training and development/retention of talent for deployment in the best interest of Company.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per the latest trends & norms of the company. 6. Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Operational excellence to ensure adherence to laid down SOPs.
- Maintaining track of stock dispatched and global count on a timely basis to avoid shrinkages.
- Creation of weekly staff roster to ensure proper staffing at all times.
- Being updated on competitors, retail partner performances and consumer trends.
- Timely submission of MIS and all sales reports as required by Stakeholders.




- Ability to handle staff grievances and control attrition Who all can apply Assistant Store Managers or Senior Fashion Consultant with relevant exposure.
