? WE ARE HIRING | STORE MANAGER – GAMOSA

GAMOSA – North East's Premium Customizable Gifting & Branding Solution – is looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Store Manager to manage our day-to-day store operations.

We are looking for someone who can independently handle the store, interact with customers, manage client requirements, and coordinate custom product orders.

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily store operations and maintain the overall showroom.
- Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and provide product suggestions.
- Handle client enquiries, pricing discussions, and order confirmations.
- Manage custom printing and personalization work.
- Operate printing and customization equipment after proper training.
- Coordinate customer orders from enquiry to final delivery.
- Manage billing, order records, inventory, and daily sales reports.
- Handle customer follow-ups and maintain positive client relationships.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.

? Requirements




- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest in printing, designing, gifting, and customization.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple store-related responsibilities independently.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or store management will be preferred.

? Salary₹6,000 – ₹12,000 per month Salary will depend on skills, experience, and overall capabilities.
