:

Inspect incoming materials, equipment, and drilling spares against Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Challans to check for damage or quantity mismatches.

Inventory Management: Organize stock using systematic bin, rack, and labeling systems, and manage FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation.

Material Issuance: Issue tools, mechanical spares, tubulars, and BOP (Blowout Preventer) components against approved material indents/requisitions.

System Entry & ERP: Log all transactions, stock updates, and GRNs (Goods Received Notes) accurately into ERP or computerized maintenance management systems like SAP.

Safety & Hazardous Materials: Coordinate the storage of sensitive, volatile, or hazardous materials in strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.

Audits & Stock Checks: Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventory reconciliations, and scrap/surplus material disposals.

Minimum position requirement of the candidate:

Must have the knowledge and work experience necessary for the position and be willing to lift / carry objects.

Must regularly ensure completion of all relevant documentation and report relevant issues to Store Keeper.

Must comply with all housekeeping policies and safety requirements established at Company.

Must display and follow appropriate communication etiquette and display active listening skills while interacting with others at work.

Qualification:





Minimum Requirement: High school diploma, 10+2 (Higher Secondary), or equivalent trade certificate.

Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree (such as B.Com or a general graduation degree) or a Diploma in Supply Chain, Materials Management, or Logistics.

Certifications: Specialized training or courses in storekeeping, warehousing, or petroleum product management (such as National Occupational Standards for petroleum storage or short-term inventory management programs.

Knowledge on the following:

Inventory Management , MSDS, Warehousing, Stock Maintenance

Packaging and Dispatch, Familiarity with material / item being ordered / held in stock

Documentation requirements as per QMS, API etc.

Statutory, Regulatory & Legal norms governing the company

Highly motivated and self-directed

Physically fit and comfortable working in extreme temperatures, at heights & in confined areas

Time management & communication

Dependability through Adaptability & Integrity through self-control

Mechanical aptitude, adaptable and willing to work with others

Computer skills and competency in basic MS Office applications - Outlook, Excel & Word

Experience: 2 - 3 years exp

Salary: Typical range3.6- 4.8 max annually depending on qualifications, skills and experience.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
