Job Title: Store Executive

Department: Stores / Purchase

Location: KMC Hospital, Kannur

Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and maintain inventory records.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of materials.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Finance, and other departments regarding stock requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
- Monitor expiry dates and maintain proper storage conditions for medical and non-medical supplies.
- Prepare stock reports and maintain documentation for audit purposes.





Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Diploma in Hospital Administration, or Diploma in Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
- Experience in store management, inventory control, or hospital stores is preferred.
- Freshers with good computer skills may also apply.

Skills Required
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
