Job Summary

Responsible for providing quality guest service, ensuring smooth dining operations, and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests, assist with seating and provide menus.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
- Maintain proper table setup and dining area presentation.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth and accurate order delivery.
- Attend to guest requests, queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service stations and dining areas.
- Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery and service equipment.
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables.
- Follow restaurant service standards and operational procedures.




- Coordinate with captains and team members to ensure efficient service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality service.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Well-groomed, presentable and guest-oriented personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid teamwork, discipline and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
