Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Service Provider and State Health Society (SHS), NHM Manipur for all MMU project matters.

- Set up and operationalize the dedicated Project Monitoring Unit (PMU) at State HQ, Imphal.
- Oversee and coordinate the deployment, operations, and performance of all 13 MMUs across hill districts.
- Coordinate with 13 District Health Societies, CMOs, and State Nodal Officers for route plan approvals, drug supply, and reporting.
- Monitor daily GPS tracking of all MMUs and flag deviations from approved route plans promptly.
- Develop and maintain the real-time web-based monitoring dashboard (district-wise MMU count, route plans, trips, villages visited, patient footfall, diagnostic counts).




- Ensure all MMU event reporting is submitted accurately and on time on the MoHFW MMU Portal.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for submission to SMD, SHS Manipur.
- Identify operational gaps, staff shortages, equipment failures, and drug supply issues and coordinate prompt resolution.
- Facilitate periodic review meetings, site visits, and audits as required by SHS Manipur.
- Ensure all 78 human resources across MMUs are documented, deployed as per norms, and compliant with EPF/ESI and Minimum Wages Act.
- Coordinate patient feedback surveys and grievance redressal mechanisms across all MMU sites.
- Prepare and disseminate SOPs, circulars, and guidelines issued by SHS Manipur to all MMU teams.
- Support the preparation of financial invoices, evidence documentation, and compliance reports for quarterly payments.
