For a lead, I would require the person to have experience in at least some of the security areas such as secure boot, secure storage (dm-verity, dmcrypt, fscrypt), verified boot, UEFI security, TPM, Trusted firmware (e.g. TF-A), TEE (e.g. OPTEE), ARM Trustzone etc.

Linux debugging

Embedded C/C++

Kernel logs analysis

System profiling tools

Lead:-

Linux/Android internals

Platform debugging

Crash analysis

Kernel logs and profiling
