What you'll do

- Develop and implement PCB assembly processes for new product launches. Establish process parameters for SMT, Reflow Soldering, Wave Soldering, Selective Soldering, and Manual Assembly operations.

Participate in APQP activities during new product development.

Prepare and maintain Process Flow Charts, PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs, and Work Instructions.

Conduct process feasibility studies and line balancing activities.





Monitor daily production performance and resolve process-related issues.

Analyze defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Support achievement of production targets related to quality, OEE, cycle time, and efficiency.

Troubleshoot PCB assembly equipment and process abnormalities.

Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, IPC-A-610, and customer-specific requirements.

Lead process validation activities including IQ, OQ, PQ.

Monitor solder paste printing, SPI, AOI, ICT, Functional Testing, and process capability parameters.

Support internal, customer, and certification audits.

Drive Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma projects.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and productivity improvement.

Reduce rejection, rework, and scrap through root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and PDCA methodologies.
