What you'll do

- Monitor and achieve daily production targets as per production plan. Ensure optimum machine utilization and OEE improvement. Minimize machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and coordination with maintenance teams. Monitor cycle time and productivity to ensure efficiency. Supervise operation of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment. Ensure process parameters are maintained as per approved standards. Support mould trials,



new product development, and process validation activities. Coordinate mould changeovers and reduce setup/changeover time. Ensure adherence to automotive quality standards and customer requirements. Conduct regular process audits and quality checks. Handle shift manpower allocation and deployment. Conduct skill development and on-job training programs. Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies. Ensure compliance with EHS standards and safety practices. Conduct safety talks and identify unsafe conditions. Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance. Participate in Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Cost Reduction projects. Drive scrap reduction and process optimization initiatives. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 documentation requirements.
