TrustNest Homes is looking for a responsible and technically skilled Site Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in interior construction and turnkey project execution.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing residential interior projects from start to finish, including site measurements, civil work, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, modular kitchen, and final finishing.

The candidate must be capable of independently coordinating labourers, contractors, vendors, and project teams while ensuring quality work and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Site Execution

- Handle day-to-day site activities for residential interior projects.
- Manage complete site execution from project commencement to final handover.
- Read and understand architectural, interior, and working drawings.
- Take accurate site measurements and verify dimensions.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily progress and maintain project schedules.

1. Construction & Technical Knowledge

- Supervise civil and masonry work.
- Manage carpentry, modular kitchen, and wardrobe installation.
- Coordinate electrical wiring, lighting, and plumbing work.
- Supervise false ceiling, gypsum, POP, and painting work.
- Monitor flooring, tiling, wall finishes, and other interior finishing works.




- Ensure proper installation and finishing quality.

1. Labour & Vendor Management

- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.
- Allocate daily work responsibilities.
- Monitor labour productivity and attendance.
- Coordinate material deliveries and site requirements.
- Ensure proper utilisation of materials and minimise wastage.

1. Quality Control & Project Management

- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained at every stage.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure execution matches approved designs and drawings.
- Maintain daily site progress reports.
- Complete projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

1. Client & Team Coordination

- Coordinate with interior designers and project managers.
- Attend client site meetings when required.
- Provide regular project updates.
- Handle execution-related client queries professionally.
- Coordinate design changes and site modifications with the design team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in interior construction or residential site execution.
- Good knowledge of turnkey interior projects.




- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
- Strong knowledge of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Experience in labour and contractor management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities independently.
- Solid problem-solving and time-management skills.

Software Knowledge
- AutoCAD – Basic drawing understanding is mandatory.
- MS Excel – Site reports and material tracking.
- MS Office – Documentation and reporting.

- Should be proactive in solving site issues.
