Role & responsibilities :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive CAE simulation and durability analysis.

- Strong proficiency in ANSYS Mechanical Enterprise for structural, nonlinear, durability, and vibration simulations.

- Strong understanding of LV/HV Wiring Harness systems and associated electrical components such as Fusebox, connector, BDU, Charging inlet, PCB etc.

- Understanding of hyperelastic material modeling and nonlinear behaviour of elastomers and rubber compounds with use of hyperelastic models such as Moony-Rivlin, Ogden, Yeoh, Neo-Hookean.

- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective simulation methodologies.

- Experience in CAE correlation with physical testing and validation activities.

- Robust engineering fundamentals in mechanics, material behaviour, durability, and design validation.

Good scripting and process automation skills using Python, APDL, or similar tools.

- Support design validation activities for LV/HV Wiring Harness and associated electrical components through CAE simulation.

- Perform durability, vibration, fatigue, stiffness, shock,



and nonlinear structural analyses using ANSYS Mechanical Enterprise.

- Develop and validate FE models for wiring harnesses and components such as Fuse Box, BFT, Busbar, Connector, Terminal, Protector, Grommet, Seal, BDU, USB Charger, CCS2, CCS-BBM, and related assemblies.

- Perform IP67/IP68 water leakage and sealing performance simulations for connectors, grommets, seals, and enclosure systems.

- Develop and improve FE modeling methodologies to enhance CAE-to-test correlation.

- Drive design optimization activities to improve reliability, durability, and product performance.

- Develop automation workflows, scripts, and simulation processes using Python/APDL/ACT extensions to improve productivity.

- Independently deliver simulation projects while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.

Support global projects and be willing to travel internationally for technical discussions, validation activities, and customer support
