We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Senior QC Executive to join and lead our Quality Control dept. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in analytical instruments, wet chemical analysis, quality documentation and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analytical & Laboratory Activities

- Hands-on experience in operating and handling GC, Karl Fischer (KF), ICP, UV Spectrophotometer and other analytical instruments.
- Should be well-versed in wet chemical analysis and classical analytical techniques.
- Perform testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples and finished products.
- Prepare and review analytical reports ,COA and MSDS.
- Ensure proper calibration, maintenance and upkeep of laboratory instruments.

2. Quality Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain and update QC documentation as per ISO and GMP requirements.
- Preparation, review and maintenance of SOPs.
- Maintain control over master copies and controlled copies of formats and documents.
- Maintain laboratory records,



test reports, specifications and other quality-related documents.
- Ensure proper documentation practices and compliance with established procedures.

3. Quality Assurance & Coordination

- Handle and respond to customer complaints and coordinate investigations.
- Participate in internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Identify deviations and support investigation and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for quality-related matters.
- Ensure adherence to laboratory safety practices and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong practical knowledge of analytical instruments and wet analysis.
- Good understanding of ISO and GMP documentation requirements.
- Excellent documentation, coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle routine QC activities and quality-related responsibilities.
