Payroll Operations

- 19+ years of payroll experience covering both in-house and outsourced payroll processing.

- Managed end-to-end payroll, validations, reconciliations, arrears, settlements, payroll controls, salary disbursement, and variance analysis.

Statutory Compliance

- Hands-on experience with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Form 16, statutory reporting, compliance filings, and audit support.

- Exposure to payroll-related statutory governance and compliance monitoring.

Payroll Accounting & Financial Close

- Strong experience in Salary JV creation, payroll accounting, GL reconciliation, payroll liability accounts, audit schedules, and SAP FI/HCM.

- Direct exposure to payroll accounting and financial controls, which is a core requirement.

Audit Management

- Experience coordinating with statutory auditors and tax auditors.

- Preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.

Employee Taxation

- Managed TDS filings, Form 16 generation, income tax projections, tax reconciliations, and employee payroll tax queries.

System Exposure

- Solid ERP and payroll systems exposure including SAP HCM, SAP FI, RAMCO, SPINE, Adrenalin, and Tally.
