About the Role

Lloyd Group of Institutions is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Admissions to lead and manage the admissions function across its academic programmes. The candidate will be responsible for developing admission strategies, driving student enrolments, managing the admissions team, strengthening outreach initiatives and achieving annual admission targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in educational admissions, student counselling, lead management, team leadership and institutional outreach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Admissions Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement annual admission strategies to achieve institutional enrolment targets.
- Lead the complete admission cycle, from enquiry generation to final student enrolment.
- Prepare admission plans, budgets and target allocations.
- Identify current opportunities to increase student admissions.

2. Team Management & Leadership

- Lead, manage and motivate the admissions and counselling team.




- Allocate targets and monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure effective follow-ups and timely conversion of prospective students.

3. Lead Generation & Student Conversion

- Drive admission enquiries through digital campaigns, telecalling, walk-ins, referrals and outreach activities.
- Monitor the admission funnel and improve enquiry-to-admission conversion ratios.
- Ensure effective counselling and engagement with prospective students and parents.
- Maintain a strong focus on achieving monthly and annual admission targets.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Any graduate
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in educational admissions.
- Strong experience in managing admission teams and achieving enrolment targets.
- Experience in PGDM programme admissions will be preferred.
- Excellent understanding of student counselling and lead conversion processes.
- Experience in admission CRM
