Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage industrial HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination and blue-collar manpower management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling factory/workshop HR activities and labour contractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily HR operations, including attendance, leave, payroll and employee documentation.
- Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC and applicable labour laws.
- Manage blue-collar manpower recruitment, sourcing and deployment.
- Coordinate with labour contractors for manpower requirements and availability.
- Maintain contractor agreements, attendance records, wage calculations and bill verification.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR MIS,



employee records and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with Accounts and management for payroll and contractor payments.

Skills & Qualifications

- 5–6 years of experience in Industrial HR / Manufacturing HR.
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, payroll and labour laws.
- Hands-on experience in blue-collar manpower sourcing and contractor management.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations.
