Role Description:

The Sr. Executive will play a key role in managing client relationships, helping client in transitioning to Sage intacct software from Xero , QB etc. Set up chart of accounts, workflows, approvals, users and roles and designing bespoke reports in software.



Test reports generated from software, dashboards, Suport system testing and user acceptance testing, logging & resolving issues.

- Investigate and resolve client queries and support tickets
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes (reconciliations, accruals, consolidations)
- Make configuration changes and improvements for existing clients

Skills set required for this position:

- Practical Experience of 2 to 3 years in Sage Intact Implementation and migration
- Sage Intacct certification is must (Implementation or Accountant)
- Exposure to integrations (Intacct API, Web Services, Postman) or third-party apps such as expense and AP automation tools
- Experience with multi-entity setups and consolidations
- Any exposure to Acumatica (added advantage)
