Role Description The Sr Environmental Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The individual in this role will lead environmental assessments, design and review treatment and mitigation systems, and ensure projects comply with local and national environmental regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical analyses, preparing reports and documentation, coordinating with regulatory agencies, and guiding implementation of environmental management plans.

Engineer will mentor junior team members, support proposal and project planning activities, and provide consulting support to clients on environmental risk, sustainability practices, and regulatory updates.



The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and occasional site visits to monitor environmental performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Environmental Compliance, including familiarity with relevant Indian and international environmental regulations and standards.
- Hands-on experience with Wastewater Treatment processes, system design, performance optimization, and monitoring of treatment facilities.
- Proficiency in Environmental Impact Assessment, including data collection, modelling, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Background in Environmental Consulting, with experience advising clients on environmental risks, permitting, and sustainable practices.
- Knowledge of Waste Management principles, including solid and hazardous waste handling, disposal, and resource recovery strategies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and environmental data; familiarity with relevant software tools and modelling applications.
- Strong analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and documentation quality.
- Proven capability to manage projects, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and meet timelines and quality standards.
- Prior experience in industrial, infrastructure, or consulting environments; registration with professional engineering or environmental bodies is an advantage.
