Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of accounting, GST and TDS compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day bookkeeping with minimal supervision and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced trading business workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally, including purchases, sales, expenses, and ledgers.

Handle bank reconciliation, cash book management, and vendor/customer accounts.

Manage monthly and quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B) and reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) against GSTR-2B.

Ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS, file quarterly TDS returns, and issue Form 16/16A.

Prepare periodic MIS reports and financial summaries using MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Coordinate with the company’s CA for statutory filings, audits, and accounting-related queries.





- Support month-end closing activities and proactively identify compliance issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

5–6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in trading or transaction-oriented businesses.

Strong practical knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.

Proficiency in Tally and familiarity with accounting and reporting tools.

Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced functions.

Minimum qualification: B.Com. (M.Com or a related qualification preferred).

Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial records, and account reconciliation.

Must own a two-wheeler for local travel.

Must be available to work full-time from the Patna (Saguna More) office.
