Key Responsibilities

1. Own end-to-end technical onboarding and integration of assigned sellers, from initial discovery and solution design to testing and go-live.

2. Develop and manage seller-specific integration plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.

3. Conduct technical discussions with sellers, developers, feed aggregators, and third-party connectors to understand integration requirements.

4. Guide sellers through API-based, feed-based, and connector-enabled integrations.

5. Manage account configuration, product and offer uploads, data validation, integration testing, issue correction, and launch certification.

6. Troubleshoot complex integration issues and data-quality problems through structured root-cause analysis.

7. Coordinate with Product, Technology, Validation, Marketplace Operations, and platform-provider teams for issue resolution.

8. Monitor onboarding performance, recurring defects, seller feedback, and support trends to improve integration quality.

9. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual work, simplify workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

10. Create and maintain technical documentation, integration playbooks, troubleshooting guides, partner profiles, and seller-facing resources.

11. Support Business Development and onboarding teams with technical expertise during seller evaluation and pre-launch discussions.

Maintain knowledge of marketplace platforms, APIs, data standards, integration partners, and emerging technologies.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and API integrations.

- Knowledge of Postman, JSON, XML, Webhooks, and API authentication.

- Experience with API-based, feed-based, or third-party connector integrations.

- Understanding of product catalog, offers, orders, inventory, and fulfillment workflows.

- Experience in technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

- Knowledge of e-commerce or marketplace seller onboarding.

- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Preferred Skills

- Mirakl marketplace platform.

- Shopify, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms.

- Salesforce CRM.

- Marketplace connectors and feed aggregators.

- Integration implementation and partner enablement.

- Process improvement and workflow automation.

Required Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketplace, Technical Onboarding, Systems Integration, Implementation, or Partner Enablement.

- Experience managing multiple onboarding or integration projects independently.

- Solid stakeholder communication and project management skills.

- Ability to work with limited supervision and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
