Hiring: Sous Chef – Asian Cuisine

Location: BKC / Kala Ghoda, Mumbai
Position: Sous Chef
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Specialise in Asian cuisine and ensure food quality and consistency.
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen standards.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine.
- Excellent leadership and kitchen management skills.
