Role & responsibilities

- Source new properties and land opportunities.

- Identify and develop relationships with property owners and brokers.

- Negotiate property prices and commercial terms.

- Conduct initial property and market evaluation.

- Coordination with CP.

- Coordinate property documents and due diligence.

- Track available properties and maintain the sourcing database.

- Generate and manage property leads.

- Coordinate with legal, finance, and sales teams.

- Monitor market prices and competitor activities.

- Prepare property sourcing reports for management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and land acquisition.

- Excellent networking and relationship management skills.

- Valuable negotiation and communication skills.

- Knowledge of land title documentation and property due diligence.
