Work with business team to identify the recent location in various areas in cities and districts.
Understand the requirements to open a store and be well versed with the location parameters such as demographical, geographical & sociographical.
Negotiate with landlords/owners of the premises, collect and validate the required documents and complete the agreement signing procedures.
Build strategies on new locations where we are not present & make cluster mapping sheets.
Reporting daily updates to central team, co-ordinating with cross functional teams within the organization and other business units.
Able to handle extensions, renewals and security deposits with the existing store landlords/owners.
