We are looking for a skilled and experienced Solution Expert with 4-6 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining storage solutions, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security of data. He/She should ensure integration and compatibility with other storage platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for provisioning, configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing storage solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration of storage with various operating systems (and virtualization platforms.

- Ensure the system's reliability, security, and performance, providing expert support and troubleshooting.

- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data protection and implementing security measures to protect storage systems and data.

- Provides technical support for the study and implementation phases of complex regional projects.

- Provides technical support for projects and manages MSP delivery.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation,



standard operating procedures, and installation guides.

- Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes as per ITIL standards.

- Collaborate with architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to support deployments and integrations.

- Vendor management and reporting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4-6 years of experience in deploying and managing IBM Storage Protect (aka TSM aka Spetcrum Protect) Backup infrastructure

- Experience in implementing and managing data protection solutions (e.g., snapshots, replication, backup).

- Experience in managing and deploying NetApp and Hitachi Storage.

- Experience in troubleshooting performance issues and conducting root cause analysis.

- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
