Key Skills & Requirements:

Hands-on experience with SolarWinds, ManageEngine, Motadata, NMS, SIEM, and other monitoring tools.

Robust understanding of monitoring protocols such as SNMP, Syslog, and NetFlow.

Knowledge of Microsoft authentication protocols: WMI, WinRM, LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, and Basic Authentication.

Experience with Windows/Linux OS monitoring, SCCM, and web server performance monitoring.

Exposure to network security technologies, including Firewalls, Proxies, Load Balancers, and WAF.

Understanding of storage technologies such as SAN, NAS, and RAID.

Knowledge of SQL/MySQL deployments, database monitoring, and performance analysis.

Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance issues and ensure SLA compliance.

Experience configuring alerts, dashboards, and reports based on customer requirements.
