- 12-15 years of hands-on experience in SaaS product development
- Knowledge and experience in building technology roadmaps for 3-5 years
- Prior experience in scale-up environment preferred
- Proven expertise in backend (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.) and frontend (React, etc.) frameworks
- Experience leading cloud-native development on AWS
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and test automation
- Exposure to AI/ML workflows and model deployment
