About The Opportunity

Role Overview

Build high-performance AI-enabled contact center channels (Outbound) with enterprise-scale microservices and responsive frontends using API-first principles and leveraging AI SDLC.

Team Charter

- Core Domain: Architect and implement Predictive, Progressive, and Preview outbound systems using Go microservices and API-first design.
- Administration & Configuration: Develop management interfaces and services built on Node.js.
- Full-Stack Autonomy & Deployment: Operate within a self-sufficient team covering end-to-end delivery; knowledge of Argo CD is a plus.
- Operations & Observability: Provide customer support and troubleshooting using Grafana and telemetry tools.

Education & Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.C.A. in Computer Science or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

- Total Experience: 12+ years in architecting, designing, developing, deploying, and troubleshooting cloud API-based microservices (Cloud-Native and Hybrid) & Front End.
- Backend Development: 12+ years of core backend development.




- Full-Stack Experience: 5+ years in full-stack application development.
- AI SDLC Experience: 1+ years using Agents & Skills to perform assessment, planning, implementation, testing, deployment, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Platform & DevOps Architecture (Optional): 2+ years of experience in platform/system architecture.

Responsibilities

- Backend Architecture & Solution Design: Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale microservices handling high TPS with ultra-low latency, high resiliency, scalability, observability, and serviceability.
- Frontend Development: Build user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular.
- Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Serve as a technical domain expert, lead system design decisions, review code, and collaborate in Agile/Scrum cross-functional teams.
- Operations & Quality Assurance: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues; manage containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).

About The Requirement

Technical Skills & Competencies

- Backend: Strong proficiency in Go, Java, Node.js
- Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, SDKs
- Data Streaming & Databases: Kafka, Redis, MariaDB, MySQL
- Architecture & Web Services: Microservices architecture, distributed systems design, RESTful APIs
- Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Azure or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD pipelines,



and continuous delivery patterns
- AI Tools & Engineering: Advanced proficiency with AI coding assistants (Codex, Cursor, Claude), prompt engineering, Agentic-based development for planning, assessing, code generation, troubleshooting, and AI-assisted workflow optimization
- Quality Focus: Static Analysis, Load & Performance Profiling & Tuning
- Observability & Serviceability: Experience with Grafana/Prometheus, System Telemetry
- Customer Care: Debugging & troubleshooting customer issues, root-cause analysis, production troubleshooting, and incident resolution

Domain Expertise

- Strong domain background in Telecommunications or Contact Centers (Outbound Contact Center Preferred).
