Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our company's social media platforms. The candidate should have knowledge of social media trends, content planning, audience engagement, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content.
- Develop monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Write creative captions, hashtags, and social media descriptions.
- Identify trending topics, reels, audio, and content ideas.
- Coordinate with the video editing and creative teams for content production.
- Monitor social media performance, reach, engagement, and followers.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries.
- Conduct competitor analysis and research industry trends.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and social media engagement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
- Ensure consistent branding and timely publishing across all platforms.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any Degree or relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, Media, or Communications.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management preferred.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic graphic design tools.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Ability to analyse social media insights and performance.
- Creative thinking and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite is an added advantage.
