Key Responsibilities

1. Site Inspection &
- Assessment

- Conduct pre-execution site visits to assess site readiness.

- Verify site dimensions, measurements, and actual conditions against approved drawings.

- Identify civil, electrical, plumbing, and other site-related discrepancies.

- Check site readiness before initiating interior installation work.

1. Quality Control

- Inspect ongoing interior execution work to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.

- Identify workmanship issues, defects, and deviations from drawings.

- Ensure materials and installations meet the company's quality standards.

- Conduct stage-wise quality inspections and prepare snag lists.

1. Reporting &
- Documentation

- Prepare detailed site inspection reports with photographs.

- Highlight deviations, risks, and execution challenges.

- Maintain inspection records and update project teams on site status.

- Ensure closure of identified snags within agreed timelines.

1. Coordination &
- Communication

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Site Supervisors, and vendors.

- Communicate site-related issues and recommend corrective actions.





- Follow up on pending rectifications and ensure timely closure.

- Escalate critical quality or execution issues to the reporting manager.

1. Customer Experience

- Maintain professional communication during customer site visits.

- Ensure site-related concerns are addressed promptly.

- Support the project team in delivering a smooth customer experience.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

- 0-2 years of experience in site inspection, interior execution, or construction quality control.

- Knowledge of civil work, carpentry, modular furniture, electrical, and plumbing basics.

- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior design drawings.

- Valuable measurement and documentation skills.

- Strong observation and problem-solving abilities.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.

- Willingness to travel to multiple project sites within the assigned city.
