Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities on project sites. This position coordinates site operations, supervises construction and installation teams, and ensures work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Supervisor monitors progress, manages schedules, and supports resource allocation, including materials and equipment. The role includes liaising with project managers, designers, contractors, and clients to address site issues, provide status updates, and resolve operational challenges.

and contributes to continuous improvement of site processes.

Qualifications

- Experience in site supervision, construction management, or interior fit-out projects, ideally across workspaces, residential, retail, or hospitality environments.
- Strong knowledge of site operations, including project scheduling, resource planning, and coordination of contractors and vendors.
- Understanding of quality and safety standards, with the ability to enforce compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with project teams, clients, and in office personnel.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, design specifications, and technical documents.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of digital tools for site tracking and coordination.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced site environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience working with ISO-certified processes or structured quality management systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Faridabad, with flexibility to manage extended hours as project needs require.
