Job Summary A civil construction and infrastructure project employer is looking for experienced Civil Foreman and Senior Civil Foreman candidates to supervise construction site activities, coordinate with workers and contractors, and ensure smooth execution of civil works as per project requirements. Candidates should have practical knowledge of construction site supervision, workforce management, work allocation, and monitoring daily construction progress.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities at project sites.
- Allocate work to workers and coordinate with contractors and site teams.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
- Read and follow construction drawings and site instructions.
- Coordinate material requirements and maintain proper utilization of resources.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Report daily work progress and site-related issues to the concerned project team.
- Ensure proper coordination between workers, contractors, and site engineers.

Required Skills and Experience




- Relevant experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
- 4–5 years of experience for the Civil Foreman position.
- 6–8 years of experience for the Senior Civil Foreman position.
- Practical knowledge of construction site supervision and workforce handling.
- Ability to coordinate daily site operations and manage assigned work.
- Understanding of construction drawings, work progress, and site safety practices.

Project Locations The projects are located at various Delhi NCR sites, including:
- DMRC Entry and Exit Metro Project
- NCRTC Building Project – Ashok Nagar
- Recent Ashok Nagar
- Sarai Kale Khan
- Azadpur

Office Location: Signature Global Mall, Vaishali, Ghaziabad.

Salary and Working Schedule

- Civil Foreman: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month.
- Senior Civil Foreman: Up to ₹40,000 per month.
- General working shift.
- Sunday weekly off.
