Job Responsibilities

· Inspection & Execution, especially from the aspect of Quality, Progress and use of value-added materials, resulting in Economy, thereby giving value for the investment made.

· Overall communication and interaction with the bldg. Engineers &. Foreman’s.

· Checking of the bills of all Contractors and Suppliers, with actual verification of works executed on site.

· Follow & commit with Yotta’s Policy statements (eg. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSM etc)

· Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time.

· Participation in Risk assessment process, contribute in achieving departmental & management system objectives & Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle..

Positive to have Skills:

· Computer Literate, having basic computer skills for database management.

· Civil Engg. products and suppliers’ knowledge essential, including Supply Chain Management.





· Technical Knowledge of R.C.C./Finishing works, for Commercial high-rise buildings.

· Planning & Sequence of works execution, knowledge is essential for completing works on scheduled time, keeping in mind all parameters involved.

Qualification and Experience:

· B.E. (Civil) / D.C.E

· 7 years’ Experience Commercial Highrise Buildings
