Job Title: Site Engineer – Office Interior Design & Build Projects

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Engineer to oversee and manage site operations for our interior design and build projects.

The ideal candidate will have substantial knowledge and hands-on experience in the interior design/build industry.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of project tasks, ensuring timely completion, overseeing manpower, and coordinating material stock and logistics to maintain smooth project flow.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Supervision: Oversee and manage all on-site activities related to interior design and build projects to ensure tasks are executed as per design specifications, quality standards, and within the set timelines.

Task Management & Scheduling: Plan and prioritize tasks for each project section, ensuring on-time task handovers and that project milestones are met efficiently.

Manpower Handling: Manage and direct skilled labor and subcontractors on-site. Ensure labor is optimally allocated and deployed to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.

Material Stock Management & Planning: Monitor and manage on-site inventory. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials, avoiding delays in project timelines.

Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure that all site operations comply with design, quality, and safety standards. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any issues or non-compliance.

Reporting & Documentation:



Maintain accurate records of project progress, inventory, and manpower allocation. Prepare daily and weekly reports on project status, material usage, and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the interior design/build industry.

Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of interior construction techniques, materials, and standards. Proficiency with construction/project management software and MS Office.

Time Management & Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Manpower & Team Management: Experience in handling and coordinating site workers and subcontractors, with effective delegation and follow-through.

Material Planning: Proficiency in managing material inventory and coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishments.

Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to address and resolve on-site challenges quickly and efficiently.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively report on project progress and liaise with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills Knowledge of relevant safety protocols and compliance standards.

Certification in project management (PMP) or related field is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
