Site Engineer – Civil Construction

We’re hiring a Site Engineer to manage day-to-day civil work on residential construction projects in the Pune area. You’ll work with contractors and site teams to execute work as per approved drawings, check quality at key stages, and keep the project team informed about progress and site issues.

What you’ll do

- Read architectural and structural drawings, verify site dimensions and levels, and flag discrepancies before work proceeds.
- Supervise excavation, foundations, RCC work, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
- Carry out pre-pour checks for reinforcement, shuttering, cover, and levels. Coordinate inspections and record corrections before work moves to the next stage.
- Plan daily work with contractors, coordinate material requirements and deliveries, and flag delays or shortages early.
- Record site measurements and completed quantities,



verify quantities for contractor billing, and maintain daily progress reports and site photos.
- Monitor site safety practices and escalate technical issues to the project team for resolution.

What we’re looking for

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Hands-on site execution experience in residential or building construction. Experience on villas, bungalows, or independent homes is preferred.
- Ability to read construction drawings, take site measurements, and carry out basic quantity calculations.
- Working knowledge of RCC, masonry, and finishing quality checks.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams. Familiarity with AutoCAD and Excel is an advantage.
