Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for civil works and estimate project costs accurately.
- Oversee site engineering activities, including supervision of laborers and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment in office.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve issues related to construction schedules, materials, or quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.
- Diploma or B.Tech degree in Computers; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in reading drawings using drawing reading skills; strong understanding of civil site engineering principles.
