Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Real-Time Firmware and Signal Processing Engineer to design,

develop, integrate, and test VHDL-based firmware and signal processing algorithms for cutting-edge Electronic Warfare (EW) products, RADAR systems, Counter-Unmanned

Aircraft Systems (C-UAS), and Wireless Communication Systems. The role involves collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to ensure system-wide compatibility and performance, leveraging expertise in signal processing, real-time firmware development,

and system debugging.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program and prototype signal processing algorithms in MATLAB, C/C++, or equivalent languages.
- Simulate and quickly prototype complex algorithms for validation and implementation.
- Perform signal processing tasks such as detection, estimation, and tracking using advanced computational methods.
- Verify and test signal processing algorithms, ensuring robustness and accuracy.
- Debug and fix issues in Radar and Wireless Communication applications, ensuring system-wide reliability.
- Collaborate with RF sensor payload R&D; teams to develop and demonstrate RF signal processing and array processing algorithms.
- Maintain technical documentation and present findings effectively to stakeholders and diverse audiences.




- Interact with engineering teams across disciplines to ensure seamless system integration and compatibility.

Technical Skills Required:

1. Programming Expertise:

o Proficiency in MATLAB, C/C++, or other signal processing programming languages.
1. Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Expertise:

o Robust understanding of DSP concepts, including:
- Sampling and aliasing prevention.
- Image rejection, interpolation, and decimation.
- FFTs and frequency translation.
- Digital filter design and implementation.
- Emulation of swept-tuned spectrum analyzers.

1. Wireless Communication Knowledge:

o Baseband wireless concepts:
- Sampling theory, bandpass sampling, and line coding schemes.
- Modulation techniques such as AM/FM, ASK, BPSK, QAM, and FSK.
- Correlation and filtering techniques.

1. Algorithm Development:

o Hands-on experience in developing, simulating, and testing advanced signal processing algorithms for real-world applications.
1. System-Level Skills:

o Familiarity with electronic warfare products, radar systems, and C-UAS technologies. o Ability to debug and maintain complex radar and communication applications.
1. Documentation and Presentation:

o Strong ability to document findings and present technical content clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Service Agreement:

- 24 months service for below 3 years’ experience candidates.
- 12 months service for above 3 years’ experience candidates.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
