Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

- Shift Management: Oversee daily shift operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Team Management: Lead, supervise and allocate tasks to team members to achieve operational targets.
- SOP Compliance: Ensure all processes are followed as per company SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Hygiene & Quality: Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and quality standards across the facility.
- Operational Coordination: Monitor daily activities and resolve shift-level operational issues.
- Discipline & Productivity: Ensure proper attendance, task completion and team productivity.
- Reporting: Maintain shift records and share operational updates with management.





Candidate Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in shift handling and team management.
- Experience in QSR, food production, bakery, retail or dark store operations preferred.
- Valuable understanding of SOPs, hygiene and operational processes.
- Strong communication and team-handling skills.
- Ability to manage operations independently during assigned shifts.
