Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with hands-on CMDB setup experience. The role covers designing, configuring and maintaining the Configuration Management Database and related integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, set up and configure the ServiceNow CMDB in line with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Define CI classes, relationships, attributes and identification and reconciliation rules
- Configure and manage ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and IntegrationHub ETL
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party tools such as SCCM, cloud platforms and monitoring tools
- Build and maintain CMDB health dashboards covering completeness, correctness and compliance
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies and Workflows/Flow Designer




- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions to agreed timelines

Required Skills

7+ Years in IT Experience

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Proven experience in end-to-end CMDB setup and data governance
- Solid knowledge of CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping and the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server configuration
- Working knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change)

Preferred

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, Discovery or CMDB
- Experience with ITOM and Service Graph Connectors
