Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end after-sales service operations for AC and HVAC products.
- Handle customer complaints, service requests and escalations.
- Coordinate with OEMs, authorised service centres and technicians.
- Ensure timely resolution of installation, breakdown and warranty-related complaints.
- Monitor pending service calls and ensure timely closure.
- Manage and supervise field technicians and service engineers.
- Coordinate with customers for service schedules and complaint updates.
- Maintain service records, complaint trackers and daily MIS reports.
- Monitor technician performance and service quality.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and minimise repeat complaints.
- Handle warranty claims, spare parts coordination and service documentation.
- Coordinate with internal operations and sales teams for smooth service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; technical qualification preferred.




- 3–5 years of experience in HVAC / AC service operations.
- Good knowledge of AC installation, servicing and troubleshooting.
- Strong team management and customer-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email and service tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests and escalations.

- Timely closure of customer complaints.
- Customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Reduction in pending and repeat service calls.
- Technician productivity and performance.
- Effective OEM coordination.
- Accurate service reporting and documentation.
