Experience: 4–7 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering

About the Role

We are looking for experienced and technically skilled Service Engineers to join our Technical Service Division (TSD). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial machinery installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Install and commission industrial machines at customer sites.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults.

Handle machine servicing, repairs and preventive maintenance.

Provide technical support and train machine operators.

Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve service revenue, spare-parts and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) targets.





Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and machine assembly.

Hands-on experience in installation and commissioning.

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults independently.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations.
