1. Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of gym and fitness equipment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth equipment functioning, providing timely technical support to clients, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
1. Key Responsibilities
2. Installation & Commissioning

- Install and commission gym and fitness equipment at client locations.
- Ensure proper setup, testing, and functioning of equipment.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for scheduled installations.

1. Maintenance & • Repair

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of fitness equipment.
- Diagnose technical faults and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Repair or replace defective components as required.

- Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.

1. Customer Support

- Attend customer complaints and service requests promptly.
- Provide technical assistance and resolve issues within defined timelines.

- Maintain qualified relationships with clients.
- Explain equipment usage, maintenance, and safety guidelines to customers.

1. Reporting & • Documentation

- Prepare daily service reports and installation reports.
- Maintain records of service visits, spare parts, and repairs.
- Update the service team regarding pending complaints and resolved issues.




- Ensure timely submission of travel and expense claims.

1. Coordination & • Travel

- Coordinate with the service team for planned visits and technical support.
- Travel to client locations as per business requirements.
- Support outstation installations and service assignments whenever required.

1. Required Skills & • Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in servicing, installation, or maintenance of equipment.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field assignments.
- Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.

1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Successful installation and commissioning of equipment.
- First-time resolution rate.

- Customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Timely submission of service reports.
- Reduction in repeat service complaints.
- Proper handling of tools, spare parts, and company assets.

1. Preferred Experience

Experience in servicing or maintaining:
- Commercial gym equipment.
- Treadmills, cross trainers, exercise bikes, and strength equipment.

- Motorized and electronic fitness equipment.
- International fitness equipment brands.

Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
