Role Description The Service Crew role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune Division.

The Service

Crew member will welcome guests, take orders, and provide product information while ensuring a courteous and efficient customer experience. Daily tasks include serving food and beverages, handling billing and payments, maintaining cleanliness in the dining and counter areas, and restocking display items and supplies. The role also involves supporting the team during peak hours, following hygiene and safety standards,



and assisting with basic packaging and presentation of baked goods.

Qualifications

- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with diverse guests.
- Basic point-of-sale, cash handling, and order-taking skills to manage transactions accurately.
- Attention to detail and organization skills to maintain cleanliness, product display, and adherence to hygiene protocols.
- Teamwork and reliability, including the ability to follow instructions, support colleagues, and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is an advantage but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
- Basic English communication; additional local language skills are beneficial.
