- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements and complaints.

- Prepare job cards with accurate customer and vehicle details.

- Explain the required service, repairs, and estimated costs to customers.

- Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure timely completion of work.

- Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle service status.

- Ensure customer approval before carrying out additional repairs or replacements.

- Monitor service progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery.

- Explain completed service work and billing details to customers.

- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service-related queries professionally.

- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.





- Promote periodic maintenance, free services, and value-added services.

- Maintain proper service records and ensure accurate documentation.

- Achieve customer satisfaction, service revenue, and other assigned targets.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer service standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
