Role Description The Senior Vice President Development is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role leads the strategic development and growth of HPIPL’s portfolio, including planning and executing fundraising, partnership, and investment initiatives that support long-term infrastructure and technology projects. The SVP Development oversees pipeline development, donor and investor relations, and major strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of sustainable, smart parking solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include setting development goals, creating and managing budgets, supervising project planning and execution, coordinating cross-functional teams,



and reporting performance to senior leadership and stakeholders. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities, championing innovation in funding models, and representing HPIPL with key partners, government bodies, and industry associations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in philanthropic development, including Planned Giving and Philanthropy, to build and manage long-term funding relationships.
- Experience in Annual Giving campaigns and institutional fundraising to support ongoing programs and strategic initiatives.
- Strong Budgeting and financial planning skills to manage large, multi-year development projects and investment portfolios.
- Advanced Project Management capabilities to lead complex, cross-functional development initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships, or fundraising leadership, ideally within infrastructure, technology, or urban mobility sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage corporate partners, government agencies, and investors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Leadership experience managing senior teams, driving organizational growth, and working in hybrid work environments.
- Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills, with familiarity in data-driven decision-making and impact measurement.
