1. Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design (B.Des, M.Des).
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably within the healthcare technology domain.
- Strong understanding of User Experience design principles, methodologies, and design rationale.
- Proven expertise in translating user needs into intuitive and impactful product experiences.
- Hands-on experience with design-to-development handoff processes and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to seek clarity, drive discussions, and influence design decisions.
- Customer-centric thinker with a deep understanding of user needs and business objectives.
- Ability to work across multiple product teams and initiatives simultaneously.

1. Must-Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working with Design Language Systems (DLS) and scalable design frameworks.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and medical domain products.
- Experience designing and launching AI-enabled products and experiences.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, models, and their application in product solutions.
- Experience designing enterprise-grade analytics, dashboards, and data visualization experiences.
- Ability to simplify complex clinical or business data into meaningful and actionable user experiences.
