Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced UEM / Workspace ONE Solution Consultant to take ownership of enterprise mobility and endpoint management solutions across large and complex environments.

This is a senior technical role focused on Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM, enterprise mobility architecture, endpoint security, identity integration and large-scale device management. The consultant will be responsible for designing robust UEM solutions, leading technical implementations and migrations, resolving complex production issues, and providing technical guidance to customers and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong architectural understanding along with hands-on experience in Workspace ONE. You should be comfortable working with enterprise infrastructure, identity platforms, certificates, security policies, automation and multiple endpoint operating systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable Workspace ONE UEM solutions(919), including high-availability and multi-region environments.
- Lead enterprise mobility transformation and migration initiatives involving legacy MDM platforms or Microsoft Intune.
- Configure and manage Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access across enterprise environments.
- Drive endpoint security initiatives covering device compliance, Conditional Access, Zero Trust principles and automated remediation.
- Design and maintain AirWatch Cloud Connector (ACC) architecture and its integrations with enterprise directory and infrastructure services.
- Integrate Workspace ONE with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity and other identity platforms.
- Implement and support secure access technologies including Workspace ONE Tunnel, Content Gateway and Secure Email Gateway.
- Lead complex troubleshooting involving device enrollment, applications, certificates, authentication, policies and enterprise integrations.
- Develop automation using PowerShell, REST APIs, JSON and scripting for device management, reporting and operational activities.
- Perform setting health checks, capacity/performance analysis and technical optimization for large device deployments.
- Conduct security reviews and support UEM hardening in accordance with enterprise security and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership to teams and customers while driving solution decisions and resolving high-impact technical issues.

- Engineering The consultant should have strong knowledge of the major components that make up an enterprise Workspace ONE environment, including:

- Workspace ONE UEM Console
- Device Services
- APIs
- AirWatch Cloud Connector (ACC)
- UEM database and related infrastructure
- Workspace ONE Access
- Workspace ONE Intelligence
- Enterprise integration components

Experience with Organization Groups, enrollment configurations, device profiles, policies, Smart Groups and system settings is required. The role also involves supporting device lifecycle management from initial enrollment through configuration, compliance, application management and retirement. Endpoint &

Strong Experience Across Multiple Endpoint Platforms Is Expected, Including

- Apple iOS
- macOS
- Android
- Windows
- Chromebooks

For Apple environments, experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM), automated device enrollment and Apple DEP-related integrations is required. The role also involves managing application distribution and lifecycle activities for mobile applications, Windows applications, macOS packages and internal enterprise applications.

Identity, Security &

- Access The Consultant Should Have Experience With

- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Active Directory
- Okta
- Ping Identit

Knowledge of Zero Trust security concepts and their application within Workspace ONE environments is expected. Experience with endpoint security controls, DLP, compliance frameworks and security hardening will be valuable.

Certificate &

- PKI Expertise The role requires strong understanding of enterprise certificate management and authentication.

Experience Should Include

- PKI environments
- Certificate Authorities
- SCEP
- Certificate-based authentication
- Certificate enrollment and renewal
- Device certificate deployment
- Troubleshooting certificate-related authentication issues

Experience with Workspace ONE Intelligence for analytics, reporting, automation and endpoint insights will be an advantage.

Required Experience &

- Skills

- 7–17 years of overall relevant technical experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM.
- Extensive experience across Workspace ONE components such as Console, Device Services, API, ACC and associated infrastructure.
- Strong experience in enterprise UEM/MDM environments.
- Strong understanding of the five major UEM areas: MDM, MAM, Security &
- Compliance, IAM and Reporting.
- Extensive experience with ACC architecture and enterprise integrations.
- Experience integrating Workspace ONE with Entra ID/Azure AD, Okta or Ping Identity.
- Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory and Domain Controllers.
- Experience with ACC integration involving on-premises AD, Exchange and Certificate Authorities.
- Strong understanding of PKI, SCEP and certificate-based authentication.
- Experience with Android Enterprise and Apple device management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application distribution and endpoint lifecycle management.
- Hands-on scripting/automation experience using PowerShell, REST APIs and JSON.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and consulting capabilities.

Education A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
