Mandatory Requirements

- Must have worked on at least 2 (two) full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA / SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design of core HR/Payroll processes and their integration with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Integrate SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals) with SAP S/4HANA.




- Support HR transformation and cloud (SF) migration programs.
- Manage employee lifecycle process design end to end.

Required Skills & Expertise

- SAP HCM: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll
- SuccessFactors Employee Central, EC Payroll
- SAP Integration Center / middleware for SF-S/4HANA integration

Certifications

- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA / SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (mandatory)
- Additional SAP module certifications relevant to the project scope are an added advantage.
