Job Overview

ParallelDots is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong background in client-facing project delivery within the B2B SaaS domain. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex enterprise projects, coordinating with global stakeholders, and leading distributed teams to ensure successful project execution.

The role requires a combination of technical understanding, project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership, with exposure to enterprise customers and technically complex solutions such as AI/ML, Image Recognition, and Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Program Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Associate Project Managers to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
- Understand business objectives, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans covering timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, health, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Identify deviations from project plans and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery timelines.
- Lead internal and customer-facing meetings to ensure project momentum, transparency, and stakeholder alignment.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies while developing appropriate mitigation plans.
- Establish and maintain project governance structures and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across functions, countries, and time zones.
- Manage enterprise projects involving customers across multiple regions, particularly Europe and North America.
- Work closely with technical teams to understand complex technical issues, develop resolution plans, and track them through closure.




- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, change requests, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify process gaps and implement best practices to improve project delivery efficiency.
- Document lessons learned and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve future project execution.
- Ensure projects achieve agreed customer objectives and measurable business outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5 years of project management experience, with mandatory client-facing project delivery experience.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS environments, preferably managing enterprise or Fortune 500 customers.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles involving stakeholder management and delivery expectations.
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise projects from planning through successful delivery.
- Experience handling projects across multiple countries or regions, preferably Europe and North America.
- Experience coordinating India-based delivery teams with customers and stakeholders in Western markets.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and Master Data Management (MDM).
- Experience delivering projects involving AI/ML, Image Recognition, Data Analytics, or other technically complex and analytics-driven solutions.
- Strong understanding of project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change request management.
- Experience working with Statements of Work (SOWs), change requests, and/or RFPs.
- Practical experience with either Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and customer expectations effectively.
- Robust ownership of project outcomes with a demonstrated track record of successful delivery and measurable business results.
- Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and solve complex problems.

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
