Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with 58 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Java Full Stack Development. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on expertise in AEM 6.5+, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and Cloud-Native Application Development.

The candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications, with strong experience in backend development, microservices solution design, and technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5 and above).
- Develop and implement backend solutions using AEM, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable microservices-based applications.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and enterprise application services.
- Work on cloud-native application development and support AEM cloud migration initiatives.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.
- Follow secure coding standards, software engineering principles, and SDLC best practices.
- Apply architecture patterns and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
- Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and solution development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions according to project guidelines.





Mandatory Technical Skills:

1. Adobe AEM 6.5+ Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager development.
2. AEM Backend Development Deep expertise in AEM/CQ5 backend development.
3. Java Solid hands-on coding experience.
4. Spring Boot Experience developing Java-based applications.
5. Microservices Architecture Strong experience in microservices design and implementation.
6. REST APIs Development and integration experience.
7. Cloud-Native Development – Experience designing and developing cloud-native applications.
8. Solution Design & Architecture – Knowledge of architecture patterns and technical solution design.
9. Domain-Driven Design (DDD) – Understanding of software architecture principles.
10. Secure Coding – Experience implementing secure coding practices.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Adobe Marketing Cloud products.
- AEM Cloud Migration experience.
- AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Frontend development technologies.
- AEM and Cloud certifications.

Experience & Qualifications

- 5–8 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with AEM 6.5+ and Java-based application development.
- Deep experience in microservices architecture, design, and implementation.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise application development.
- Excellent technical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good English communication skills.

Key Skill Distribution

- 75% – AEM Backend Development
