Role Description The Senior Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Hyderabad and ensure that work is executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. This full time, on-site role involves supervising site teams, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, and resolving technical issues promptly to avoid delays.

Engineer will monitor progress, conduct regular inspections, and implement quality control procedures to maintain structural integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities also include preparing and reviewing site reports, managing resources and materials, supporting project planning and scheduling, and providing clear communication on status, risks, and required actions.



The role calls for leadership on site, proactive problem-solving, and consistent adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong on-site execution skills and experience leading Civil Engineers and site teams on medium to large-scale projects.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, and document site activities clearly.
- Candidates should possess robust quality control capabilities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess solid structural engineering knowledge, including understanding of structural drawings, load-bearing elements, and material properties.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; advanced certifications in construction management or structural design are an advantage.
- Several years of relevant site engineering experience, ideally in residential or commercial building projects in urban settings.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using basic engineering and construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, project tracking tools).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
