Job Summary:-

Oxion Builders is a growing construction company specializing in quality residential and commercial construction. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil construction. The ideal candidate should have solid site management skills, technical knowledge, the ability to read construction drawings, and be willing to travel across project sites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Management & Supervision

- Supervise and manage daily construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure construction work meets quality standards, approved drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and procedures.

1. Site Visits & Execution

- Visit ongoing and upcoming project sites
- Conduct site inspections and take accurate site measurements.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Monitor manpower allocation and work progress.
- Provide regular site progress reports to management.

1. Drawing & Documentation

- Read, interpret, and execute 2D construction drawings.
- Coordinate with the design team regarding drawing revisions and technical clarifications.
- Maintain project documents, BOQs, quotations,



and technical records.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings.

1. Material & Resource Management

- Prepare material requirement estimates based on project needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Maintain material purchase and inventory records.

1. Client & Team Coordination

- Attend client meetings and provide technical updates regarding project progress.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and office staff.
- Communicate site requirements and project updates effectively.
- Address client concerns related to site execution in coordination with management.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction and site execution.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Must be willing to travel across project sites.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
